Abstract: Provides relative to court reporters for the 14th JDC.
Present law provides that for all cases that are reported and transcribed for an appeal a fee of $3.25
per page for originals and $0.75 per page for each copy shall be charged by and paid to the court
reporter.
Proposed law changes present law by extending the application of fees to all cases that are reported
and transcribed.
