EARLY CHILDHOOD: Provides that Act No. 84 of the 2023 Regular Session of the
Legislature shall be known and may be cited as "Mani's Law"

2To provide that Act No. 84 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Legislature shall be known
3 and may be cited as "Mani's Law".
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. Act No. 84 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Legislature shall be known
6and may be cited as the "Mani's Law".

Proposed law provides that present law (Act No. 84 of the 2023 R.S.) shall be known and
may be cited as "Mani's Law". That Act provides for children's transition from receiving
services through EarlySteps to receiving services from local education agencies.
