ACT 391 (HB 917) 2024 Regular Session Phelps
New law provides that existing law (Act No. 84 of the 2023 R.S.) shall be known and may
be cited as "Armani's Law". That Act provides for a child's transition from receiving services
through EarlySteps to receiving services from a local education agency upon his third
birthday.
Effective August 1, 2024.
