Abstract: Designates Act No. 460 of the 2023 Regular Session as "The Remy Mann Act".
Proposed law provides that Act No. 460 of the 2023 Regular Session, relative to the Child Abuse
and Neglect Registry, shall be known and may be cited as "The Remy Mann Act".
