1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 3:3810(A)(9), relative to insurance for arborists; to require an arborist license
3 for obtaining liability insurance; to provide for violations; and to provide for related
4 matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 3:3810(A)(9) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
7 ยง3810. Violations
8 A. Failure to comply with any provision of this Chapter or of any rule or
9 regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter shall constitute a violation. Violations
10 include but are not limited to:

12 (9) Obtaining the insurance required for arborists pursuant to LAC
13 7:XXIX.117(E)(2) without obtaining an arborist license to perform work pursuant
14 to the provisions of this Chapter.
