Urges and requests the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to study I-12 express
tolling operations in comparison to the toll practices of other states to ensure long lasting reliable toll
operations for the state of Louisiana. Requires the department to submit a written report to the
House Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works detailing its finding by Jan. 1,
2025.
