CONDOLENCES: Expresses the condolences of the House on the death of Victoria "Vicki"
Muhar Lore
1 A RESOLUTION
2To express the condolences of the House of Representatives upon the death of Victoria
3 "Vicki" Muhar Lore.
4 WHEREAS, it is with immense sadness and profound regret that the House of
5Representatives of the Legislature of Louisiana has learned of the passing, on April 11,
62024, of Victoria "Vicki" Muhar Lore; and
7 WHEREAS, Victoria was born to Bernice and Victor Muhar; she was a native of
8West Allis, Wisconsin, where she grew up with her siblings, Andrew Muhar and Lori Gabal;
9and
10 WHEREAS, Victoria eventually moved to Gretna, Louisiana, where she resided for
11forty-five years; she was the loving wife, of thirty-five years, to the late David Joseph Lore
12and dedicated mother to Michael (Dana), Joseph (Candace), and Andrew Lore; she was a
13doting grandmother to Hunter, Eliza, Madeline, and Micah Lore; and
14 WHEREAS, Vicki Lore was immensely proud of her career as a civil servant, and
15she retired having served the state of Louisiana for more than three decades; and
16 WHEREAS, Victoria "Vicki" Muhar Lore possessed a genuinely loving soul, and the
17legacy of her memory will live on in the hearts and minds of those who were afforded the
18privilege to know and love her.
19 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
20Legislature of Louisiana does hereby express heartfelt condolences on the death of Victoria

1"Vicki" Muhar Lore and does hereby extend sincerest wishes that her family, friends, and
2loved ones find comfort in their shared memories of her beautiful life.
