Requests the La. Dept. of Health to work with the La. State Bd. of Medical Examiners to study and
make recommendations to establish a more efficient process for licensing nondiagnostic technicians,
which will benefit Louisiana residents who rely on plasma-derived therapies.
Requires the submission of recommendations via written report to the House Committee on Health
and Welfare by Feb. 1, 2025.
