HR 294 2024 Regular Session Davis
Creates a subcommittee of the House Committee on Commerce to do all of the following:
(1)Study the makeup of the state's current music industry.
(2)Review the state's incentive laws for music and live performance industries.
(3)Make recommendations for policy and legislative changes that will incentivize the
development of an indigenous self-supporting music industry.
Requests a written report of the subcommittee to the House of Representatives on or before
March 1, 2025.
