Urges and requests the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to study traffic congestion
on La. Hwy. 449 and the benefits of adding the I-12 carrier including an interchange to improve
travel. Requires the DOTD to submit a written report of its findings to the House Committee on
Transportation, Highways and Public Works prior to March 1, 2025.
