Provides that a non-permitted person carrying a concealed handgun in accordance with other present law is subject to the penalty provisions of other present law. 3. Provides that a non-permitted person that carries a concealed handgun shall comply with present law. 4. Provides that certain non-permitted person carrying a concealed handgun shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both for violating present law. 5. Changes the effective date to July 4, 2024.
