Proposed law requires the Louisiana Department of Health to establish a pilot program to provide
portable oxygen concentrators to enrollees who are mobile within the home or community.
Proposed law authorizes the department to limit the number of concentrators that are covered and
to submit a utilization report to the legislature.
Effective August 1, 2024.
