Proposed law prohibits the secretary of the Dept. of Children and Family services from seeking, applying for, accepting, or renewing any work requirement waiver not exercised and from exercising the state's option to provide any exemptions from the work requirement for SNAP. Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
