ACT 60 (SB 260) 2024 Regular Session Cloud
Prior law provides the Dept. of Transportation and Development shall establish a special
permit to transporters of heavy equipment.
New law retains prior law and further provides the department shall allow permits to be
amended or transferred between vehicles four times a year.
New law further provides for the department to have discretion for additional permit
transfers.
Effective August 1, 2024.
