(gov sig) 1 AN ACT 2 To repeal Section 3 of Act No. 57 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislature, to provide 3 for the transfer of certain state property; to provide for the authority to transfer 4 certain state property in Orleans Parish; to provide an effective date; and to provide 5 for related matters. 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 7 Section 1. Section 3 of Act No. 57 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislature is 8 hereby repealed. 9 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not 10 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature 11 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If 12 vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become 13 effective on the day following such approval. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state. Proposed law retains present law. Present law terminates the authority in present law on June 30, 2024.
