Present law authorizes the transfer of certain state property in Orleans Parish from the University of
Louisiana System and the division of administration to The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Inc.
Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state. Proposed law retains present law.
Present law terminates the authority in present law on June 30, 2024. Proposed law removes the
termination date.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
