revenue, and toll credits.
Proposed law provides any use of funds or credits generated in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu
River Bridge P3 project will conform to the provisions of the comprehensive agreement governing
the partnership.
Proposed law provides the secretary must give notice of the intended use of revenue or credits
generated in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge P3 project to the legislative delegations
from Allen Parish, Beauregard Parish, Calcasieu Parish, Cameron Parish, and Jefferson Davis Parish.
Proposed law requires the department to receive approval for use of revenue or credits generated in
connection with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge P3 project from the Joint Legislative Committee
on Transportation, Highways, and Public Works.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
