New law provides restrictions on how the department can use revenue or credits generated
in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge P3 project.
New law provides restrictions on the use of windfall proceed payments, distributions of toll
revenue, and toll credits.
New law provides any use of funds or credits generated in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu
River Bridge P3 project will conform to the provisions of the comprehensive agreement
governing the partnership.
New law provides the secretary must give notice of the intended use of revenue or credits
generated in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge P3 project to the legislative
delegations from Allen Parish, Beauregard Parish, Calcasieu Parish, Cameron Parish, and
Jefferson Davis Parish.
New law requires the department to receive approval for use of revenue or credits generated
in connection with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge P3 project from the Joint Legislative
Committee on Transportation, Highways, and Public Works.
