Abstract: Relative to the Gentilly Development District, expands the boundaries of the district.
Present law creates the Gentilly Development District as a political subdivision in Orleans Parish.
Provides that the district is governed by a seven-member board of commissioners. Provides for
district boundaries and powers and duties.
Proposed law retains present law but expands the boundaries of the district.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
