Abstract: Extends the date for which exceptions are allowed for permits under the Louisiana Scenic
Rivers Act.
Present law provides for exceptions to permitting requirements for scenic rivers until Aug. 1, 2026.
Proposed law extends the exceptions from Aug. 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2030.
