Abstract: Clarifies the number of containers per shipping case that may be shipped by container
size for distilled spirits and wines.
Present law provides that distilled spirits shall be packed with 12 containers per shipping case for
container sizes of 700 milliliters.
Proposed law retains present law and clarifies that container sizes of 700 milliliters shall be packed
with not more than 12 containers per shipping case.
Present law provides that distilled spirits shall be packed with 24 containers per shipping case for
container sizes of 375 milliliters.
Proposed law retains present law and clarifies that container sizes of 375 milliliters shall be packed
with not more than 24 containers per shipping case.
Present law provides that distilled spirits shall be packed with 48 containers per shipping case for
container sizes of 200 milliliters.
Proposed law retains present law and clarifies that container sizes of 200 milliliters shall be packed
with not more than 48 containers per shipping case.
Present law provides that distilled spirits shall be packed with 48 containers per shipping case for
container sizes of 100 milliliters.
