Abstract: Eliminates the requirement for hunters to maintain sex identification of deer after tag
validation.
Present law requires that evidence of the sex identification of deer and turkeys be maintained even
after the tag is validated.
Proposed law removes the requirement that evidence of the sex identification of deer be maintained
after the validation of the tag but retains the requirement for turkeys.
