RACING/HORSE: Provides relative to offtrack wagering facilities
1 AN ACT
2To amend and reenact R.S. 27:415(B), relative to offtrack wagering facilities; to provide for
3 an increase in facilities that may be licensed by the Louisiana State Racing
4 Commission; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 27:415(B) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง415. Pari-mutuel wagering facility or offtrack wagering facility; no minimum
8 wager; location

10 B. Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 4:214(A)(4), no more than five six
11 Louisiana State Racing Commission licensed pari-mutuel facilities or offtrack
12 wagering facilities that operate video draw poker devices shall be located within
13 Jefferson Parish.
