Abstract: Provides relative to offtrack wagering facilities.
Present law provides that no more than five La. State Racing Commission licensed pari-mutuel
facilities or offtrack wagering facilities that operate video draw poker devices shall be located within
Jefferson Parish.
Proposed law amends present law and increases the limit from five to six.
