Abstract: Establishes the Mayor's Court of the Village of Dubberly in Webster Parish.
Proposed law creates a mayor's court for the village of Dubberly and provides that the territorial
jurisdiction of the court shall extend throughout the village of Dubberly in Webster Parish.
Proposed law provides that the general law applicable to mayor's courts also applies to the Mayor's
Court of the Village of Dubberly, the jurisdiction of the court, and the power and authority of the
mayor and other officers of the court.
