HB 82 Engrossed 2025 Regular Session Bayham
Designates the Intracoastal Waterway Gulf Outlet Bridge on La. Hwy. 47 in Orleans Parish as the
"Vietnam War Veterans Green Bridge".
Designates a portion of La. Hwy. 20, at the intersection of La. Hwy. 20 and La. Hwy. 307, at the
LaFourche and St. James Parish line, as the "Martha Ann Woods-Shareef Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting these designations provided local or private monies are received by the DOTD
equal to its actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
exceed the sum of $550 per sign.

The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Transportation, Highways and
Public Works to the original bill:
1. Add the designation of a portion of La. Hwy 20 in LaFourche Parish as the "Martha Ann
