HIGHWAYS:  Designates a portion of LA 466 in the city of Gretna as "Chief B.H. Miller,
Jr. Memorial Parkway"
1	AN ACT
2To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 466 in the city of Gretna, between Franklin
3 Street and Huey P. Long Avenue, as the "Chief B. H. Miller, Jr. Memorial Parkway";
4 and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  The portion of Louisiana Highway 466 in the city of Gretna, between
7Franklin Street and Huey P. Long Avenue, shall be known and is hereby designated as the
8"Chief B. H. Miller, Jr. Memorial Parkway".
9 Section 2.  The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby directed
10to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation provided local or private
11monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
12fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of five
13hundred fifty dollars per sign.
