HB 83 Original 2025 Regular Session Cox
Designates the portion of LA 466 in the city of Gretna, between Franklin Street and Huey P. Long
Avenue as the "Chief B. H. Miller, Jr. Memorial Parkway.
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting the highway designation provided local or private monies are received by DOTD
equal to its actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not
to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
