of Children and Family Services.
Present law provides for the membership, duties, and functions of the council.
Proposed law reduces the number of members on the council and the number of required meetings.
Proposed law moves the date the implementation plan is required to be submitted to the Senate and
House committees on health and welfare from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2026.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
