Requires that the House committee chairman have the opportunity to sign a conference committee report on a House instrument before all other conferees and on a Senate instrument before other House conferees
Requires every senator who is a member of a conference committee to be presented the conference committee report, sign it, and indicate if the member accepts or rejects the report.
Relating to alternative methods for satisfying certain public high school graduation requirements, including the use of individual graduation committees.
Relating to the essential knowledge and skills of the required public school curriculum and to certain state-adopted or state-developed assessment instruments for public school students.
Provides for recommittal of any instrument with a specified fiscal impact to the Committee on Appropriations and provides certain requirements for the General Appropriation Bill
