Increases the number of family court judges in the city of New York to seventy-two; provides for two additional family court judges for each of Westchester and Rockland counties and an additional family court judge for each of Erie and Niagara counties.
Enacts the "public renewables transparency act"; relates to the New York power authority's conferral process; requires the conferral report be posted on the authority's website; provides that the authority shall provide an option for stakeholders to submit comments remotely as well, and incorporate feedback from such sessions and written comments into the final draft of the strategic plan; makes related provisions.
Establishes an optional twenty-five year retirement plan for employees of the New York Power Authority who are a member of the public employee organization certified or recognized to represent employees of such authority.
