Increases the eligibility of admitted persons age 50 or older in general hospitals to receive immunizations against influenza virus.

Health; lower the age from 50 to 18 years old at which hospitals shall offer inpatient vaccinations for the influenza virus prior to discharge

Requires immunization against age appropriate rotavirus for certain children attending school.

Provides that hospitals offer certain immunizations to inpatients 65 years of age or older. (8/1/12)
