Colorado Eagles Special License Plate

House Bill 1066 proposes the creation of a special license plate known as the Colorado Eagles license plate. The bill outlines that one of these fees will be allocated to the Highway Users Tax Fund, while the other will go to the Colorado DRIVES vehicle services account. The special plates will be available for motorcycles, passenger cars, trucks, and noncommercial vehicles that do not exceed a certain weight limit, set at 16,000 pounds.
