Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “incident” in line 227, the 3following sentence:- Driving a motor vehicle which has an expired inspection sticker shall not be 4considered a surchargeable incident.
