An Act modify the safe drivers insurance plan relative to minor violation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 113B of Chapter 175 shall be amended by striking the second sentence of the
2thirteenth paragraph, and by substituting therefor the following:
3 The adjustment shall apply to every driver with no surchargeable incidents, or with one
4surchargeable incident for which 2 or fewer unsafe driver points have been assigned, within the 5
5years immediately preceding the applicable rate year.
