Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 23B of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- 2 Section 31. For the purposes of calculating an applicant’s income for any publically 3assisted housing, the department shall not include a veteran’s disability benefit paid pursuant to 438 U.S.C. section 1101 et seq.
