An Act allowing a child under state custody to visit an imprisoned parent at a location other than 
the correction facility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 37 of Chapter 209 of General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official 
2Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of thereof the following paragraph:- Children in 
3custody of the state shall see their parent or parents who are imprisoned at a remote location. 
4Correction facilities shall have means to prove remote visitation for inmates in all cases.
