An Act to improve the administration of justice in probate and family court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3C of chapter 217 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition 
2is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the number “11” and inserting in place thereof “19”
