An Act to protect victims of stalking in violation of harassment prevention orders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 43 of Chapter 265 as appearing in the official 2016 edition of the
2General Laws is amended by inserting, in subsection (b), line __, after the words “. . . of chapter
3two hundred and nine C,” the words “or sections three, five, or six of chapter two hundred and
4fifty-eight E,” the inserted words to be preceded by a semicolon.
