Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 258e of the General Laws hereby amended by 2inserting after subsection (g) the following subsection:- 3 (h) Upon a successful motion to vacate the harassment prevention order made by a 4plaintiff in the case, the defendant’s record shall be expunged and no evidence of the harassment 5prevention order shall remain on the defendant’s record.
