The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to nonprofit board member compensation. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 85W of Chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "compensation" the following 3words:- "in excess of five hundred dollars per year."
