Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1.Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by 2inserting, after the words "or welfare." in line 101, the following:- 3 A damage to the above listed "public health, safety and welfare" shall be proven in the 4court of law by local authorities that seek to restrict the use of solar systems attached to 5permanent buildings.
