An Act increasing the earnings cap on retirees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 91A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$15,000”, in line 27, and inserting 
3in place thereof the following figure:- “$25,000”.
