An Act providing that decisions of the Labor Relations Commission in representation cases shall 
be subject to judicial review.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 14 of Chapter 30A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth is 
2hereby amended by adding at the end of said section the following new paragraph:—
3 Decisions of the labor relations commission in representation cases under Chapter 150E 
4of the General Laws shall be considered final decisions of the commission and shall be 
5reviewable judicially in accordance with the provisions of this Section 14.
