Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Commonwealth shall 2cover student loan payments for any individual who, having attained a criminal justice degree or 3law enforcement certificate from a Massachusetts state college, university, or community 4college, is currently working for a law enforcement agency, municipal police department, or the 5state police in the Commonwealth.
