The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act to further lead remediation in rental housing by increasing the deleading credit. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1: Section 6(e) of chapter 62 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2018 2Official Edition is hereby amended by replacing the words “one thousand five hundred dollars” 3with the words “fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).”
