An Act relative to the senior circuit breaker tax credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Paragraph 2 of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as 
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$750”, in 
3line 447, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $1,755.
