An Act extending pandemic related relief for dining establishments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 15 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the 
2words “April 1, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words - "April 1, 2024"
3 SECTION 2. Section 19 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the 
4words “April 1, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “April 1, 2024”
