An Act reducing certificate of organization fees for limited liability companies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
2striking out, in line 42, the words "five hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the
3following figure:- $250.
