An Act eliminating the procurement act exception for waste and recycling contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 official
2edition, is hereby amended in subsection (b) of section 1 by striking out clause (30).
